PET strap can be strapped with different types of tools and with two type of sealing method.

Manual Steal Seal
Electric/Pneumatic Friction Weld Seal

Manual steel seals are used with PET (polyester) straps by crimping a metal seal onto the strap to hold it securely in place, often with a tensioner and sealer tool.
Electric/pneumatic friction weld sealers use high-speed vibrations to create heat, fusing the PET strap ends together without the need for metal seals. This method is faster and more efficient than manual sealing, providing a strong bond.
Battery-operated tools with friction weld seals offer portability and convenience for PET strapping. They apply tension and use friction welding to seal the strap, making them ideal for quick, reliable strapping in various industrial applications.
